Thank you for choosing Master Auto Care. Our warranty coverage is as follows: 12,000 miles or 12 months, whichever comes first. All warranty repairs must be conducted exclusively at Master Auto Care; no warranty claims will be honored if the repairs are performed elsewhere.
Please note that this warranty will not cover damages resulting from accidents, impacts, improper use, off-roading, or any activities that may cause harm to the recent repair.
While we strive to conduct warranty repairs in a timely manner, we want to inform you that there might be instances of major parts shortages. In such cases, your vehicle may need to remain at our facility until the necessary warranty parts arrive.
